武田薬品健康保険組合で実施する健康診断の運営を委託する業者について、2024年度より「(株)イーウェル」から
「ウェルネス・コミュニケーションズ(株)」に変更いたします。これに伴い、健診内容および申込み方法が変ります。
詳細は、健保ホームページの「一般健診」「日帰りドック」の各ページにてご案内をする予定です（3月中旬に公開予定）。
また、3月中旬に被保険者様のご自宅および単身赴任者の留守宅に「2024年度 健康診断のご案内」を郵送いたしますので、
ご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
※ 「2024年度 健康診断のご案内」は日本語のみとなっています。
※ 被保険者（本人）様は、原則、会社の健診を受けてください。
１．健康診断委託業者
「(株)イーウェル」から「ウェルネス・コミュニケーションズ(株)」へ変更
２．申込方法
・ Web予約または健診予約センターへの電話予約
※ 健診機関への電話予約は不要となります。
※ Web予約システムは、KENPOSからi-Wellnessに変わります。
i-Wellnessは3月15日から利用可能となる予定です。

３．健診内容の主な変更点
・ 健診コースが「一般健診」（旧総合検診）と「日帰りドック」の2つとなります。
※ 2泊以上の人間ドックと単独検査を廃止します。
・ 検査項目
前立腺がん検査(PSA)：自己負担「1,000円」を「無料」
頸動脈エコー検査と甲状腺検査：オプション検査から除外
４．予約期間と受診期間
・予約期間：2024年3月15日～2024年12月27日
（2023年度の終了日9月30日から3か月延長）
・受診期間：2024年4月1日～2025年3月31日
５．被扶養配偶者様の受診特典（インセンティブポイント）
被扶養配偶者様が2024年度に健康診断を受診した場合は「2,000ポイント」を、2025年度も連続して健康診断を
受診した場合は2025年度分としてさらに「10,000ポイント」（2年合計で12,000ポイント）をプレゼントします。
※ 1ポイント＝1円相当
６．注意事項
・受診日に武田健保の資格がない場合は受診できません。
資格喪失後に受診された場合は、後日、健診費用をご返金いただきます。
・2024年12月28日以降は、健診の予約はできません。

The Takeda Health Insurance Society will change its health checkup contractor from EWEL, Inc. to Wellness Communications Corporation in FY2024. Accordingly, the health checkup details and application process will change.
Details will be notified on the General Health Checkup and the Complete Outpatient Checkup pages of the Society’s website (notification scheduled in mid-March). In addition, the FY2024 Guide to Health Checkups will be sent in mid-March to the home addresses of insured persons and family addresses of those who are away from home for work. Please confirm.
* The FY2024 Guide to Health Checkups is available in Japanese only.
* The insured persons (themselves) should undergo the health checkup provided by the Company in principle.
1. Health checkup contractor
・Will be changed from EWEL, Inc. to Wellness Communications Corporation
2. How to apply
・Make an appointment online or call the health checkup appointment center.
* You do not need to call the health checkup facility for appointment.
* The online appointment system will be changed from KENPOS to i-Wellness.
i-Wellness will be available from March 15.

3. Major changes in health checkups
・The health checkup courses will consist of the General Health Checkup (former General Health Examinations) and the Complete Outpatient Checkup.
* The two days or longer complete health checkups and individual examinations will no longer be provided.
・Inspection items
Prostate-specific antigen test (PSA): The copayment amount “1,000 yen” will become “free.”
Carotid artery ultrasonography and thyroid test: Will be excluded from optional inspection items.
4. Appointment and checkup period
・Appointment period: March 15, 2024 - December 27, 2024
(The end date for FY2023 was extended for 3 months from September 30.)
・Checkup period: April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025
5. Consultation benefits for insured dependents (incentive points)
・For the insured dependents who undergo the health checkup in FY2024, 2,000 points will be provided. If they continue to undergo the health checkup in FY2025, additional 10,000 points will be provided for FY2025 (12,000 points in total of 2 years).
* 1 point = 1 yen
6. Notes
・You cannot undergo a checkup if you no longer qualify for coverage by the Takeda Health Insurance Society as of the checkup date. You will be billed for the cost of the checkup later if you undergo the checkup when no longer qualified.
・You cannot make an appointment for the checkup on and after December 28, 2024.
