This year, Takeda Health Insurance Society and Takeda Pharmaceutical Well-Being Inspires (formerly Health Promotion PJ) will hold a walking event in collaboration for the first time.
This year, entry is required for participation.
“My Health Web” (portal site for individuals), which was newly introduced by Takeda Health Insurance Society in April 2024, will be used for entry. Be sure to register in “My Health Web” and enter from the banner of the Walking Campaign (Walk Fes) on the top screen of “My Health Web.”

[Theme] Why don’t we try applying science to walking together this year?
~ Interval fast walking with scientific evidence will make you 10 years younger!? ~
[Campaign period] October 1 (Tue.) to November 30 (Sat.)
[Entry period] September 2 (Mon.) to September 30 (Mon.)
Be sure to enter during the above period, as you will not be able to participate in the campaign after the entry period.
[Entry qualification] Insured person of Takeda Health Insurance Society and their dependent spouse, voluntarily and continuously insured person and their dependent spouse
[Courses] You can participate as an individual or in a team (up to 30 members).
After completing entry as an individual, you can create and enter a team.
As it is possible to register beyond the workplace/department, please invite your colleagues and family members to participate.

1.If you have not yet registered in “My Health Web,” first register in “My Health Web” and then enter the campaign.
2.If you have already registered in “My Health Web,” you can enter from the Walking Campaign (Walk Fes) banner on the top screen of MHW.

3000 steps per day on average: 500 points
5000 steps per day on average: 1000 points
7000 steps per day on average: 2000 points
9000 steps per day on average: 3000 points
10000 steps per day on average: 4000 points
2.Team (will be given to each team member)
Top 3 teams in average daily step count
1st place: 500 points, 2nd place: 400 points, 3rd place: 300 points
