かかりつけ医での歯科健診受診を推進する目的で、2023年度より集団歯科健診および無料歯科健診を発展的に廃止し、
新たに、被保険者が選択する歯科医で受けた歯科健診の費用（自己負担分）を補助する事業を開始しますので、下記の
通りお知らせします。
なお、費用補助を受けていただくためには、領収書が必須となりますので、利用された際の領収書は保管をお願いします。
記
１．対象者
・ 被保険者のうち希望者
２． 受診機関
・被保険者が自ら選定した医療機関
３． 費用補助額
・毎年度、年2回を上限として8000円まで、保険診療自己負担額の実費を健保組合が補助する（1回4000円を限度とする）。
４． 受診期間
・毎年度４月1日～３月３１日
５． 申請方法
（１）申請時期 ： 利用年度の翌年度４月５日～４月３０日
※ ２０２３年度利用分の申請は、２０２４年４月５日～３０日を予定。
（２）申請方法 ： 申請システムから申請
※ 申請方法の詳細は改めてお知らせします。
【領収書についての注意点】
－申請される場合、受診された方は領収書を必ず保管ください。
※領収書がない場合は費用補助を受ける事ができません。
－以下の項目がない領収書は不可となりますのでご留意ください。
●医療機関名、●受診者氏名、●日付、●金額
６．支払時期
・申請月の翌月以降に各自の給与支払口座へ振り込みます。
・任意継続の方は、各自の銀行口座へ振り込みます。
７．その他の留意事項
従来実施していた集団健診並びに無料歯科健診は23年度から実施する歯科健診へ移行することにより廃止します。

Please be informed that dental checkup subsidy program for FY2023 has launched to encourage employees to regularly visit their local dentists. Your cost at local dentists will be covered, and instead, free and mass dental checkups is going to be abolished.
Please make sure that you keep the receipt offered at the local dentist to receive the dentist subsidy program.
1. Eligible person
Insured individuals who want to see the dentist
2. Medical institutions covered by the subsidy program
Any local dentists
3. Annual subsidy per person
Actual out-of-pocket expenses for dental visits. Max. 4,000 yen per visit, and biannual dental visits for 8,000 yen will be covered.
4. Applicable period
Dental visits between April 1 and March 31
5. Application method
(1) Subsidy application period: Between April 5 and April 30 on the following year
* Subsidy application period for dental examinations during FY2023 will be between April 5 and April 30, 2024.
(2) How to apply: visit the application system that will be announced later

－Keep the receipt(s) for the application.
*If you have lost the receipt(s), we are afraid, but you cannot be subsidized.
－Please make sure that the all items below are included in the receipt.
●Dentist name, ●Full name of the insured who have visited the dentist, ●Date of issue, and ●Total cost paid
6. Payment period
The subsidy will be paid with your salary in May and later.
For voluntary insureds, the subsidy will be paid to their designated bank account.
7. Important notes
Free mass dental checkups are no longer available from FY2023.
