I would like to receive treatment from a chiropractor using judo therapy. What should I do?
Health insurance covers judo-based chiropractic treatment for bone fractures, partial bone fractures, dislocations, blows, sprains, and torn muscles. In principle, you must first pay such bills and receive reimbursement later. However, at facilities that have concluded agreements on acceptance and entrustment (the insurer’s payment by receipt of billing on the patient’s behalf), you can receive care simply by presenting your health insurance card or Individual Number Card, just as when you visit an insurance doctor.
You must obtain approval from a doctor to obtain judo-based treatment for fractured bones and dislocations.
