「スポーツクラブ費用補助事業」について、2025年度より「スポーツ施設利用補助事業」として、補助内容を変更いたします。補助内容をご確認のうえ、ご利用ください。
★2025年度「スポーツ施設利用補助事業」の概要
・補助対象者(変更なし)：被保険者および被扶養配偶者
・費用補助の対象となるもの：スポーツクラブやスポーツ施設での月額利用料。スクールの月謝も可。
※HPやパンフレットなどで、施設やスクールの内容を健保組合にて確認できるもの。
※利用できる施設の最終的な判断は健保組合にて行います。
・費用補助額：1名あたり10,000円を限度とする実費(消費税を含む)
・支払方法：原則、７月の給与支払日に各自の給与支払口座へ振り込みます。
※任意継続の方は、任継加入時に登録された口座へ振り込み。
・対象期間(変更なし)：毎年度4月1日～3月31日
※領収書は、対象期間内に発行されたもののみ申請可能
※領収書発行日により判断します。
・対象とならないもの：・健保組合で、施設やスクールの内容が確認できないもの
・個人が発行した領収書
・特定の団体に所属するために支払う年会費など ex.草野球連盟会費
・物品(食品・飲料水を含む)の購入費
・美容促進や治療を目的としている施設 ex.エステ利用費用、マッサージ費用
・温泉や整骨院などの治療院と併設で、運動の利用と区別できない施設

With regard to the “Fitness Reimbursement Program”, the contents of reimbursement will be changed as” Subsidies for Use of Sports Facilities” from the fiscal year 2025. Please check the contents of reimbursement before use.
★Summary of “Subsidies for Use of Sports Facilities" for FY2025
・Eligible person : Insured (employee) and their dependent spouses
・What is reimbursed : Monthly user fee for fitness and sports facilities. Monthly tutorial fees for schools are also subject to reimbursement.
*HP or pamphlets that contain the information on the facility or school must be available for the Health Insurance Society to confirm.
*The Health Insurance Society will make the final decision on the applicable facilities.
・Amount of reimbursement：Actual expenses up to 10,000 yen per person (including consumption tax)
・Payment method：- The money will be transferred to your salary account on the pay day in July in principle.
- If you are voluntary-continued insured, the payment will be transferred to the bank account restered when you joined the insurance.
・Applicable period：April 1 to March 31 of each fiscal year
Only receipts issued within the applicable period are applicable
*To be determined based on the date of receipt.
・What is not reimbursed：- Fees for facilities or schools of which details cannot be confirmed by the Health Insurance Society
- Receipts issued by a person in his/her private capacity
- Yearly membership fees for a certain organization e.g., membership fee for a sandlot baseball association
- Cost to purchase materials (including food/beverage)
- Fees for facilities to promote beauty e.g., fees for beaty care salon or massage etc.
- Fees for facilities that are combined with hot spring and osteopathic clinics and difficult to distinguish from gyms etc.
